I have a couple of comments:
1.) Precinct captains endorsing a candidate but unable to use ACDC resources for their favorite candidate's campaign: this is a good rule, but how will you enforce it?
2.) Press release announcing Democratic caucuses: the two major local papers, the Sun Gazette and The Arlington Connection are not distributed in South Arlington, at least not in zip codes 22204 and 22206 (unless we pay to subscribe to them). We do have numerous list servs in South Arlington (civic association list servs and others). I suggest that press releases also be shared with civic associations (in both North and South) and South Arlington list serv moderators.
3.) I suggest that, in this document, we set the hours of the caucus in a more general way, or you run the risk of excluding voters of other religious faiths, since there are also Christians who celebrate the Sabbath.
