We believe in restoring voting and other civil rights to formerly incarcerated people. To have your voting rights restored, you must go through the Virginia Board of Elections instead of our local elections office. The use of registered voter information obtained from the State Board of Elections is specifically limited by Virginia law. How do we protect your information? When you contribute or sign up online, ArlDems uses security protocols to protect sensitive data, such as personal information and credit card numbers. We also limit access to electronically stored personal data to specifically authorized individuals who require such access to carry out party and campaign duties, such as volunteer recruitment and event management. COPPA and its accompanying FTC regulations establish United States federal law that protects the privacy of children using the Internet.
