Favola Highlights Virginia Redistricting Resolution in Senate Floor Speech

Virginia State Senator Barbara Favola (40th District) delivered a speech during the General Assembly's Special Session highlighting harmful policies by the Trump administration which impact the health and livelihood of our neighbors across the Commonwealth. Trump is asking Republican states to redraw lines to ensure that his hurtful and unpopular decisions are not overturned. Virginia's redistricting resolution starts a process for Virginia voters to decide if congressional maps should be redrawn to ensure their voices are heard.
